Assignment of Benefits Agreement

At SERVPRO of North Palm Beach County, we do not use an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) agreement. AOB gives all of the rights of your insurance restoration claim to the contractor of the agreement that you signed. We use a Service Authorization which authorizes the customer to use SERVPRO of North Palm Beach County as their contractor, but the customer has all of the rights to discuss what they need to with the insurance company.
